Good news: Tom Hanks is recovering

After testing positive for coronavirus, the actor transmits tranquility and gives a piece of advice

A stellar figure of films, actor and producer Tom Hanks and his wife, Rita Wilson, talked about their recovery on their social networks after having tested positive for Covid-19.

"Two weeks after our first symptoms and we feel better," wrote on Instagram the actor from titles that amazed everyone like Larry Crowne, co-starred with Julia Roberts.

With the first good signs of recovery, Hanks took action on the matter and began a prevention campaign against this calamity that knows no borders.

The benefits of quarantine

“Sheltering in place works like this: you don't give it to anyone – you don’t get it from anyone. Common sense, right? This, too, shall pass. We can figure this out,” the actor posted on Twitter.

And he highlighted what became one of his slogans: "take care of each other, help where we can and give up some comforts."

Hanks and his wife have presumably infected in the United States, although the test was carried out in Australia, where the marriage had moved so that the actor of Cast Away could shoot his new film.

As in other cases, self-care and quarantine paid off, and today the couple is in good health.
