A group of UglyDolls- led by Moxy- one day decides to leave UglyVille, the nice place where they live and are happy.
They know this is the place destined for all the defective dolls, so they are not meant to accompany the children around the world. And although they have a great time there, they go in search of new adventures.
This way they will reach the "Institute of Perfection", where their members have a different way of seeing life.
Lou and Mandy: two representatives of perfection
Lou (with the voice of singer Mario Bautista) runs the institute where the Perfect Dolls learn how to be the best dolls. As a villain, he is determined to make sure that no Ugly Doll graduates to be a child's partner.
Mandy is the kindest of Perfect Dolls, struggling to learn everything she needs to graduate. When she meets the Ugly Dolls, she realizes that there is more to life than training and studying. Together with Moxy, she will find the confidence she needs to discover that true beauty is found within oneself.
