Guillermo Del Toro, one of the greatest in the cinema world

Used to surprise, Del Toro will release a new movie this year

Keen on fantastic and the dark themes, everything Guillermo del Toro does is a novelty. His films, his famous monsters, even his paintings or drawings attract attention every time they come to light.

This hyper-awarded Mexican is part of the group known as "Los tres amigos", along with other two recognized directors born in the Aztec land, Alejandro González Iñárritu and Alfonso Cuarón.

Described as "smart, funny and very, very strange", this creator of the gloomiest cinematographic atmospheres debuted in cinema in 1993 with Cronos, which tells the story of an atypical old vampire, and he then released other great films like Pan’s Labyrinth or The Shape of the Water (which won four Oscars), among many others.

Guillermo del Toro gets ready for another great release

Now considered one of the most anticipated horror films of the year, the Mexican filmmaker will produce the film Scary Stories To Tell In The Dark, directed by the Norwegian filmmaker André Øvredal.

Back in the fantastic world he likes the most, Del Toro will control the audience’s pulse like no other in the adaptation of Alvin Schwartz's famous scary stories.
