All the facets of Guy Pearce

After several memorable roles, he will play an expert exorcism priest in The Seventh Day

At 52, actor Guy Pearce can say he had an intense life.

Born in the UK but raised in Australia, Pearce lost his pilot father when he was just a child. Married twice, father of one child, vegetarian and a bodybuilding enthusiast, Pearce turned to art, drama and music from a very young age.

After several jobs, he had his first big film success at the age of 24 with the film The Adventures of Priscilla, Queen of the Desert (1994).

From there he jumped to important American productions like L.A. Confidential or Memento. Much closer in time, Pearce left his mark by playing the main villain of the film Iron Man 3.

The Seventh Day, a journey into the purest terror

Now, his versatility will be put to the test again with his next starring role in The Seventh Day.

He will play a renowned exorcist priest who must fight the worst ghosts while teaching the trade to a novice priest played by Mexican singer and influencer Vadhir Derbez.

A new bet for an actor who has known how to build memorable characters and who, this time, promises to immerse himself masterfully in the world of scary stories.

 It's a must see!
