Synopsis
One horrific night shatters their lives after Will’s (Nicolas Cage) wife is brutally assaulted. Anxiously awaiting an update on her condition at the hospital, Will is approached by a well-dressed man (Guy Pearce) who quietly offers to dispense immediate justice. Required to make a spontaneous decision in a distraught frame of mind, he accepts the proposal, and is pulled into an underground vigilante organization that claims to help those who have been let down by the justice system. But as their own brand of justice begins to spiral out of control, it turns out that Will is in for more trouble than he bargained for.
