The preparation of Jennifer Garner for Peppermint

A mother with a thirst for revenge in the film by Pierre Morel

In an action movie with several fights, the body must be well trained for battle. And Jennifer Garner certainly knows that.

A simple look at the trailer of her next film, Peppermint, allows you to appreciate her sculpted arms and an athletic state that allows her to move easily among chases and explosions.

She plays a mother with a thirst for revenge after seeing her daughter and her husband die at the hands of a drug cartel. For her hardened role, the actress turned to celebrity trainer Simone De La Rue, who has been working with her for four years.

 

Cardio, dance and strength

How did they achieve this result? A demanding exercise routine based on dance, weights and trampoline, which seeks an ideal combination of cardio and strength. As demanding as it is fun, said the protagonists. In addition, the actress who leaves romantic dramas and movies for a while also turned to celebrity nutritionist Kelly LeVeque and her famous formula for the "fabulous four": a drink with protein, fat, fiber and vegetables that keeps you strong and satisfied for hours.

Exceeded in number and weapons, everything shows that Garner’s character has everything to face the criminals in the new film by Frenchman Pierre Morel.
