The stories that guarantee nightmares for everyone

A film based on the best-selling series of scary books of all time

The Norwegian filmmaker André Øvredal sought to be supported by the best specialist in monsters and, as it could not be other way, the chosen one was Guillermo del Toro.

It happens that Øvredal is the director of Scary Stories To Tell In The Dark, the film that adapts to theaters the famous scary stories by writer Alvin Schwartz almost four decades after its first release.

 Beings that can torment you

The film will give life to the most terrifying monsters created in the famous literary work, such as the memorable and definitely macabre 'The Pale Lady', 'Red Spot', 'Jangly Man' and 'Big Toe'.

Of course, the official poster of the film made it clear that the scarecrow stuck in the middle of a corn field will not be left out. Harold, who soon begins to show signs of life, will take revenge on the two farmers who mistreat him.

So disturbing were these creations in the eighties that there were groups of parents who forbade their children to read these stories.

A truly chilling journey that will surely make the audience from all over the world jump from their seats.
