Josephine Langford, another year older!

It’s Tessa's birthday

Josephine Langford was born in Australia on August 18, 1997. Her mother is a pediatrician, her father is a physician, and she has an older sister, Katherine Langford, who is an actress too. At the age of eight, she began studying acting and singing, and she commenced her acting career at sixteen with a small role in the short film Sex Ed. She continued to participate in similar projects until she made her big screen debut in the independent horror film Pulse. Finally in 2018 she rose to international fame when she was cast for the role of Tessa Young- despite having auditioned for the role of Molly Samuels, which is played by Innana Sarkis - for the film adaptation of the first book of the saga written by Anna Todd: After.

This 2020, she will come back to her role in After We Collided with Hero Fiennes- Tiffin and they will be accompanied by new faces such as Dylan Sprouse -who will come between her and Hardin-, Charlie Webber and Candice King.

The world could sure use more of Tessa Young's compassion. We could all learn from her,” says Anna Todd. We have no doubts about it.

Congratulations Josephine!
