Enjoy Civil War on the big screen!

Let's take a brief tour of the film's locations

Civil War is set in the not-so-distant future where a civil war is about to break out in the United States. A group of journalists travels to Washington to document the coming events. However, their lives will be in danger as they begin to delve deeper into the American conflict.

The idea of a continent beginning to crack emerged months after the pandemic began. From that situation, the screenwriter of this film took some of the concerns of that historical moment to the film, especially the concept of the transformation of reality and the anxiety of an uncertain future. Through a road trip, Civil War reveals the breakdown of a country that has no way back.

The incredible cast of this exciting thriller includes Kirsten Dunst, Wagner Moura, Cailee Spaeny, and Stephen McKinley Henderson. The film will be in Latin American theaters just when the U.S. elections are getting closer. Within this complex context, the film turns viewers into observers of the break of a powerful country and invites deep reflection. The reasons for the civil war are left entirely to one's interpretation. In many ways, Garland's film is a Rorschach test on America, which the audience must solve for themselves.
